Reenactors of the 191st Rifle Division reenactment company instituted the “In Memory of the 191st Rifle Division” medal in celebration of the 75th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War.
This memorial medal is awarded to:
- Veterans of the 191st Rifle Division or their descendants.
2. Veterans of units that used to be a part of the 191st Rifle Division during the defense of Leningrad or their descendants, as well as veterans of units that were a part of the 4th Army during the defense of Tikhvin.
3. Reenactors of the 191st Rifle Division that study the history of the division and actively attend events.
4. Members of archeological teams that study battlefields of the 191st Rifle Division.
5. Museums that display exhibits pertaining to the 191st Rifle Division.
5. Historians, writers, and others that contribute to the study and remembrance of the 191st Rifle Division.
